⛳ Go big or go home
San Jose hosts one of the two NorCal Topgolf locations where golf meets tech + entertainment. This three-story driving range comes with HDTVs, light-up targets, and food service. Track the distance of your drives and play digital games like “Angry Birds” or virtual courses.
Exclusively found in San Jose, explore a wacky miniature golf experience for all ages at Lost Hills Funtropolous. This superhero-themed family center offers indoor playgrounds, arcade games, laser tag, + more to keep you occupied all day long. Keep an eye out for announcements about special summer deals.

⛳ Tee it up
With flat terrains + wide-open fairways, the Municipal Golf Course is a forgiving course for players of all levels. San Jose’s first municipal course was built in 1968, as a standard par-72 course located off of Old Oakland Rd.

- Range balls: $6-14
Rancho del Pueblo’s short distances are perfect for beginners — with only one par 4 hole at 250 yards. Rancho has served the East San Jose community since opening in 2000 and has been known to host low-cost programs to introduce disadvantaged children to the sport.

⛳ Shoot for eagle
Challenge your skills at the steep terrains of Cinnabar Hills, the first public course to open in 30 years. This 27-hole course was ranked the 18th Best California Golf Course in 2022 by Golf Advisor and offers six possible 18-hole combinations. The location is known for its spectacular mountain scenery — making it a popular wedding venue.
