If you haven’t heard… More Más Marami Arts will premiere its first mainstage production “Dear Kitty… Querida Ana…” this weekend at MACLA (510 S. First St.) and you don’t want to miss it.

Written by Enrique Muñoz + directed by Katie Hipol Garcia, the story follows the friendship of Ana, a third generation Mexican American, and Kitty, an undocumented student from El Salvador as they navigate school and cultural differences.

🎟️ Showings (tickets start at $10):

  • Fri., Sept. 16 at 7 p.m.
  • Sat., Sept. 17 at 2 p.m. + 7 p.m. (50% of ticket sales for the 7 p.m. showing will support Amigos de Guadalupe)
  • Fri., Sept. 23 at 7 p.m.
  • Sat., Sept. 24 at 2 p.m. + 7 p.m.
