Yesterday, Santana Row shared several updates about the state of business, and new merchants + offices to look out for. Let’s take a closer look at what’s happening on the Row.

📈 Business is booming

Foot traffic has increased, surpassing pre-COVID numbers. After NetApp moved its headquarters from Sunnyvale to the Row, office occupancy is at 90%surpassing the national average.

🛍️ Shop ‘til you drop

Santana Row highlighted 15 new merchants that have recently opened, or will open in the coming year. Here’s the breakdown:

Open now: Dumpling Time, CB2, Le Labo, PAIGE, UpWest, Gents Barber Club, Optical Illusions, and Momosan Ramen & Sake

Coming soon: Mejuri, Palmetto Superfoods, Athleta, Bob’s Donuts, and a Madewell expansion

Coming 2023: YETI and Urban Plates
