  • More changes are being proposed for the Breeze of Innovation project at Plaza de Cesar Chavez. Along with adding a stage for live music, the developers will work with Cesar Chavez’s family to represent his legacy near the monument. A review of these changes will come sometime in January.   • San Jose Parks and Recreation will celebrate the groundbreaking of the new, all-inclusive playground at Emma Prusch Farm Park this Saturday, Dec. 3, at 10 a.m. The playground will include elements designed for all ages and abilities. 🌳

  • A large North San Jose office building has been purchased by two Los Angeles-based billionaires for $84.9 million. The couple has not yet announced the future use for the building, but the move nods to a steady interest in Silicon Valley real estate. 💰 (The Mercury News)
