Editor’s pick: I haven’t been to Tahoe yet, but one of my favorite local spots for outdoor adventures is Guerneville. This small town in Sonoma County is surrounded by hiking trails at the nearby Armstrong National Reserve, trendy restaurants + wine tastings along the Russian River Valley, and water sporting equipment for rent at Johnson’s Beach. You’ll catch me there later this summer. Let me know your go-to vacation spot for local outdoor adventures.
