Mark your calendars on Tuesday, Dec. 20, for a spud-tacular game.

The 25th Annual Famous Idaho Potato Bowl has come to boil — and our San Jose State Spartans accepted the invitation to play in it for the first time. 🥔

The Spartans will play the Eastern Michigan Eagles, facing a long-awaited rematch. The last time the teams played one another was the 1987 California Bowl where Michigan won 30-27.

This will be the Spartan’s 12th bowl appearance overall, and second appearance under head coach Brent Brennan — who is now the first to lead SJSU into two bowl games since Claude Gilbert in 1986 and 1987.

Be a spec-tater and catch the game on ESPN, Tuesday, Dec. 20, at 12:30 p.m. PST. 🏈
