A three-tower residential project is being proposed to replace the Alfred Alquist building at 100 Paseo de San Antonio,creating 1,000+ homes for San José State University faculty + staff. The proposal is still in its preliminary stage, but the CSU Board of Trustees plan to review the SJSU-led project early 2023. 🏗️ (The Mercury News)

The 7-Eleven store on Kooser Rd. recently sold one of two winning Mega Millions lottery tickets worth nearly $247 million.
