San Francisco’s Marufuku Ramen chain recently opened a location at the Pruneyard shopping center in Campbell. The restaurant is known for its rich, flavorful Hakata-style Tonkotsu pork + chicken paitan bowls created with broth that takes 12 hours to make. It’s open daily, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. + 5-9 p.m.

New data from the University of California shows the biggest employer of UC graduates in the past 25 years is the UC system itself, hiring 44,727 grads.
