Earlier this month, we shared a contest to reward the best Halloween decorations around town. 🎃

We’re happy to reveal that the winner is Eric A., whose Downtown home is known to many trick-or-treaters as the Albertson Halloween House . 👏

Since 2002, the Albertson’s elaborate Halloween decorations have been themed around movies — this year the theme is Pixar films. The house features scenes from “Inside Out,” “Up,” “Monsters’, Inc.,” “Wall-E” and “Coco.” Visitors will also get to greet costumed characters such as Mike, Sulley, Merida, Carl, Ellie, Edna Mode, and more. 🎥

On average, his home gets between 800-1,500 trick-or-treaters. But the house also received plenty of visits before All Hallow’s Eve — his family hosts community painting days where neighbors come to help create backdrops + props for the house. 🎨

Get your fill of tricks + treats tonight at 497 N. 16 St. 📍
